NoAb BioDiscoveries, Inc. (NoAb), of Ontario, Canada, provides comprehensive non-GLP Discovery DMPK services.  The primary focus at NoAb is in vivo PK studies using advanced surgical models and in vitro ADMET testing, for Lead Candidate Optimization (LCO).

In vivo PK studies with serial sample collection are conducted in:

NoAb also offers serial cerebrospinal fluid collection as well as intracerebral microdialysis in freely moving rats, to investigate BBB penetration.

In addition, NoAb provides gene expression analysis using DTEx™, a proprietary microarray-based technology that allows investigators to simultaneously survey the gene expression levels of over 140 ADME associated genes.
